Artist Statement
My work explores the psychology of forms and the way images emerge from an intuitive process. Painting, for me, is a space where forms gradually appear and begin to organize themselves within the pictorial field.
Rather than starting from a predefined image, I approach the canvas as a place of discovery. Forms often seem to suggest themselves, as if asking to exist. My role is to construct a space where these forms can coexist and find balance.
The human figure frequently appears in my work, not as a fixed representation but as a shifting presence within the composition. Through painting, I explore the relationship between form, space, and emotional resonance.
My process is slow and contemplative. Each painting develops through a series of adjustments, allowing the image to evolve organically. What interests me is the moment when the painting begins to feel alive—when forms, color, and space reach a fragile equilibrium.
